Tan Sri Ting Pek Khiing & TAR College

Tan Sri Ting Pek Khiing dropped a bombshell two days ago with a no-joke announcement that he had forthwith aborted his plan to set up a branch campus of TAR College in Bintangor. Tan Sri cited "inadequate response" as the ground for giving up his ambition.

Who has/have been taken for a ride now? Can someone out there enlighten me?

I think we should just let ex Meradong assemblyman Thomas Hii King Hiong sets up a university. He's got the money to buy a PhD title from Hawaii Pacific University, doesn't he have the money to set up a university instead of giving $$$ to his son to set up a Bah Kut Teh shop in Guangzhou?Think about it.

I thought politicians talk like that whom we dont really trust, now businessman?

Poor Bintangor has most a time produces talents of a different type over so many years? I cherish the time when it is known as Binatang- well known for green oranges carbonated drinks etc and do you that the 1st Japanese slipper was produced there? I believe a time shall come when a great man shall rise from Bintangor, not this generation perhaps but the next or the next. I believe in future generation of Bintangor generation.

I think the TAR fiasco is a very well thought out Five Foot Way Sales Gimmick which was bought by many people.

Most people have hindsight. Some have insight. How many have foresight?

It might be too late to arrest social deterioration now.

We will have to live out our days with lots of sighs and what ifs and "it is God's will"....while some people live in plush environment created by the resources of our homestate.

People in Bintangor should throw 'sai' at his old house and at him

We'll see what Ding Kuong Hiing has to say about this.If he keeps his silence still,I think it's better for him to resign.
Some SUPP members asked me to join the party. In return I asked them, what benefit would I expect to get from joining your party? To me,SUPP is a dying party.
I am a nobody.I am not like Robert Lau who's there to protect KTS interest,I am not like YB Tiong and Soon Koh who are there to protect Rimbunan Hijau Group interests. So it really makes no sense for me to join SUPP.

Pek Khiing rather spends the money for his concubines...not to fulfil his promise to build TAR university. That makes me wonder...he's still sexually active?even at his old age?or does he depend on Viagra?Dirty old botak man

有些人一诺千金, 一言既出, 驷马难追;而又有些人出尔反尔, 言而无信, 食言而肥。我們大tycoon的身材,看来好像是稍为肥胖了些,是不是因为食言太多矣?!
Haha….讲也没用, 没用也讲!!

I was brought up to believe in the folloowing :
A (perhaps western) man's word is his honour. What he says must take place.
A handshake is a promise and an honour that cannot be broken.
Let's drink to men who are honourable!!
