It was such a big scale of open burning that the thick smoke took up half of the sky of Sibu. It took place this afternoon from 1:30 to 5:00 p.m. amidst the heavily publicised love environment campaign by Sibu Municipal Council.All the best to "Love Earth Day" on April 25 (Saturday) at Sibu Town Square.

I also posted on this today. What Love Earth Day? Cheap publicity for certain individuals to show their faces only! They never practise what they preach. Somebody should ask them about this smoke during the launching... About time they slap their own faces!!!
There are volcano eruptions here and there recently. This fire looked like one of the vocanic eruptions.
