Scammers Abound In Our Society

Two days ago, Yian picked up an anonymous call claiming to be from a court. She out-smarted the caller by pressing off the call.

This sort of calls are now rampant in our society. They are the work of scammers out to trap unsuspecting innocents by capitalising on the weaknesses of human nature.

By the way, who is a scammer? He/she is a person asking for money for whatever reason, a person taking money fraudulently and a virtual person you have never met.

If you happen to receive a suspicious call, don't do anything more than pressing it off. Always bear in mind the golden quote by Milton Friedman : There is no such thing as free lunch.

Do you believe in free lunches? I never!

Don't get caught! The picture is downloaded from stop-scammers.com.

Don't let the scammers have a slight chance!
