Time flies. My mother-in-law will turn 90 at the end of this year (2022). Planning for a celebration at the end of the year is now underway.

The latest issue touches chiefly on short-term market and long-term market after the opening up of our economy . Both short-term and long-term markets have rebounded after two years of MCO. Little wonder that the market is flooded with enquiries for renting and buying of properties.
It is indeed a good sign!
The grand marriage dinner reception was held on August 30, 2022 at Kingwood Hall, Kingwood Hotel, Sibu. at 6.30pm.
Close to 500 guests turned up for the grand occasion to wish the newlyweds all the best.
Fine delicacies were served for the wedding dinner.Truely speaking, the foods of the evening were enticing and mouth-watering with big portioning.
Towards the close of the dinner, Yian went chit-chatting with her friends Wong Jin Eng and Kong Hong King. Hong King grabbed the opportunity to pull them for a group photo at the entrance in front of a big backdrop.
Together they posed for a nice photo with good posture. In the picture, they don't look their age (Yian on left, Hong King in the centre and Jin Eng on right).
I advertised a congratulatory message in See Hua Daily News. The advertisement carrying our best wishes came out on September 2, 2022.

Eddie came back to Sibu for Lunar New Year in January, 2006. He fixed up with me to use Premier Hotel, Sibu lobby as venue to promote Desa Putra Condominium.
Desa Putra Condominium project was half-completed then. On hand Eddie still had quite a few unsold units. He strongly recommended this property to me on the basis that an Sri Rampai PUTRA LRT station was confirmed to be located right at the doorstep of Desa Putra Condominium . This was the project's strong selling point.
In 2005-2006, the property market in Malaysia was on the move to go up. The heat of property promotios was felt with agents coming in to Sibu to promote projects in mainly KL.
Comparing with the property prices now, the properties back in 17-20 years ago were cheap relatively. Those daring investors moving in at the right time were handsomely rewarded.
To catch up with the market and to keep up with our tradition of offering our very own moon-cakes, we had a session of food tasting for our chef-made moon-cakes this afternoon before launching.
This time we are offering snow-skin moon-cakes with four flavours: Mung Bean Paste, Red Bean Paste, Pandan Paste and Egg Castor Filling
Our chef-made moon-cakes tasted good. We strongly recommend our moon-cakes to our customers!
Our pricing is very competitive at RM2 nett per piece.
General comment was that we were lookalike. Even now Yian still resembles me.
