I have subscribed to Real Estate Malaysia for more than ten years. Last year when the magazine celebrated the publication of 100th issue, being a long-term loyal subscriber, I was invited to write a short sharing .
REM has been keeping me up to date with the developments of the property market in Malaysia. The magazine is rich in information.
The latest issue touches chiefly on short-term market and long-term market after the opening up of our economy . Both short-term and long-term markets have rebounded after two years of MCO. Little wonder that the market is flooded with enquiries for renting and buying of properties.
It is indeed a good sign!
