Wedding Reception Dinner - Alvin Ting & Josephine Hii / September 5, 2022, Sarikei

Alvin Ting and Josephine Hii have fixed their Holy Matrimony to be held on 9th September, 2022 at 9:00 am at Sungai Maong Methodist Church, Kuching.

Tonight  on 5th September, 2022 at 7:00pm  a pre-marriage dinner reception was held by Josephine Hii's parents for their relatives, business associates and friends at Grand Palace Empire Restaurant, Sarikei.  My sister Ping invited  us to the grand dinner.

Allen naturally took up the one hour plus  driving job. It was quite a fun driving for one and half hour to Sarikei. Yian said our last trip to Sarikei was more than  13 years ago when I was invited by Senior Citizen Fellowship of Nyelong Park Methodist Church to give a talk on Wednesday,  August 26, 2009 during the fellowship gathering at 7:00pm. The  talk was about  economic outlook.

We reached Sarikei at about 6:20pm and proceeded straight to Grand Palace Empire Restaurant. 

At the entrance on the ground floor,  Yian and I posed for a photo in front of Palace signboard.

Yian also posed for a photo together with Allen and Mabel.

In the restaurant , my sister Ping was there greeting us.

Amy Ting and her two kids joined us for a picture. Amy is my sister Ping's only daughter.

We pulled Alvin and Josephine over for a group photo.

Alvin is my sister Ping's only son. Alvin and Josephine are much lookalike.

 We all had a enjoyable wedding dinner at Grand Palace Empire Restaurant, Sarikei. It was 10:20pm whem we reached home.
