Steamed Custard-Milk Dumplings




Steamed custard-milk dumplings are luscious and enticing.
I first tried them out at Mitsu Tea House. From there Yian got the idea and she decided to home-make the dumplings.
Yian's own recipe of custard-milk dumplings turned out to be surprisingly good.
