The date for Stephen Tong's Evangelistic Rally in Sibu has been changed.Can you tell me why?Thanks.
I learned that the rally has now been moved forward to to May 17-19 with the programmes and venue to stay. The twist was the prerogative of LAC (local authority concerned).
