At midnight when we witnessed the turn of the year, fireworks furiously blasted into Sibu sky, turning it into a glittering scene.Sibuians blasted off millions to usher in Year of Rat. The thunderous fireworks displayed the deep-rooted sentiments of Chinese towards their culture.
I stayed up with my family to usher in the new year. The firework display seened to have added glamour to the scene.
